Tom has over twenty years of experience in various aspects of the construction industry since graduation from university with a degree in Construction Management. Full Spectrum Construction Services Ltd was formed on his return from Saudi Arabia where he oversaw United Nations funded projects to remediate the Saudi Arabian coast line from oil spills caused by the first and second Gulf wars. Tom was also heavily involved with starting a medical waste processing company using revolutionary technology to sterilise medical waste which is now a multi-million turn over company in the Kingdom. He has a broad range of abilities and takes pride in providing a workforce to cover all aspects of building construction.

Steven has worked on major construction projects throughout his career. He specialises in Interim Management to Project Director level, Contract Management and Pre-Contract/Bid Management including Framework Management and In-House Contractor formation, transformational change and programme management.
Steven has expert building contracts experience including disputes and latent defects management.

Steave has over 30 years of groundworks and brickwork experience and can turn his hand to a wide variety of works. He has successfully completed projects ranging from brickwork extensions, foundations, flood defence measures, drainage, patios and more.

Andy has huge knowledge of all aspects related to practical building construction and technology. He has 35 years of construction experience. He is also a capable site manager and coordinator. There is not much Andy cannot do!
